Both our sparkling wines contain a tiny amount of alcohol (<0.5% ABV). Less alcohol then you'd find in a ripe banana, soy sauce or vinegar.

We make sure the wine is produced with ecologically sustainable methods in the vineyards, including the vines in our partner vinyeards being glyphosate-free and using solar energy for production. Additionally, the use of an onsite water treatment system reduces water waste, ensuring our practices are kinder to the environment.
